1 part orange Juice
1 part diet bitter lemon
Half fill the glass container with orange and top up with bitter lemon. Garnish with slices of oranges and lemon
Sugar-free Lime cordial
300ml diet lemonade
Blend the strawberries, a dash of lime cordial and lemonade until frothy. Pour into a jug and pop in a few ice cubes. Decorate with
strawberry slices and a mint leaf.
Apple and Ginger Breeze
2 parts apple juice
1 part low calorie/diet ginger ale
Dash lemon juice
Dash of sugar-free lime cordial
Half fill a cocktail glass with apple juice, add a dash of lemon and lime. Top up with ginger ale and chill.
Spice up a glass of water…….
• Herbs and extracts – mint and vanilla are a great way to make water interesting. Crush them a little then infuse with warm water and then pour over ice. Strain. Try adding flavorings to a bottle of water and chilling this in the fridge overnight to soak up the flavors. Enjoy with ice and a fresh sprig of mint.
• Lemon and lime – try squeezing these into the water and add a slice to the top for a zesty kick
• Cucumber – slice and add to a cold pitcher of water – very refreshing…
