A refreshing orange and bitter lemon combo summertime drink to keep you healthy and hydrated.
1 part orange Juice
1 part diet bitter lemon
Half fill the glass container with orange and top up with bitter lemon. Garnish with slices of oranges and lemon
Spice up a glass of water…….
• Herbs and extracts – mint and vanilla are great way to make water interesting. Crush them a little then infuse with warm water and then pour over ice. Strain. Try adding flavourings to a bottle of water and chilling this in the fridge overnight to soak up the flavours. Enjoy with ice and a fresh sprig of mint.
• Lemon and lime – try squeezing these into the water and add a slice to the top for a zesty kick
• Cucumber – slice and add to a cold pitch of water – very refreshing…
